Step 1—Agreement
Client provides the scope of the operation to include the requirements of a facility, workforce, and any other services.

Contracts are conducted under U.S. law.

Step 2—Start Up
Client provides the equipment, tools, technology and raw materials.

Step 3—Set Up
Tecma provides the appropriate site; screens, hires, and trains the right mix of personnel; obtains all requisite permits; and transports materials into Mexico.

Step 4—Production
Client provides production procedures and standards, and general management control.

Tecma manages human resources, accounting, facilities, and supplies.

Step 5—Inspection
Client provides the QC standards.

Step 6—Customs
Tecma generates customs paperwork and re-importation permits.

Step 7—Transportation
Tecma ships goods to any destination, including Tecma’s U.S. distribution warehouses.

Step 8—Receipt of Goods
Client receives delivery of goods.
