SUPPLIERS  

For TECMA, suppliers are of extreme importance. For that reason, a process of selection for suppliers is carried out that consists of periodic audits in the facilities of the supplier in order to verify that they fulfill the established requirements and standards. This provides the confidence that the products we offer are of sound quality.

 RECEIPT OF RAW MATERIAL  

The receipt of raw material is conducted with the utmost care in order to preserve the organic properties and proper temperatures of each product that enters the facility, as well as a “first in-first out” (FIFO) system where each product is marked with date and inspector’s codes to ensure freshness. Prior to storage and before serving, all fruits and vegetables are washed and disinfected against possible contaminants. 

STORAGE OF RAW MATERIALS  

All raw materials are stored at appropriate temperatures. The FIFO policy applies throughout the entire food production process. 

FOOD PREPARATION  

In order to provide the best possible service at a reasonable cost, TECMA has conformed to formal recommendations from our team of professionals that allow structured, nutritious, traditional meals that rotate on a six week basis. Our system has been developed to the physical activities, sound nutritional principles, local tastes and preferences. 

FOOD INSPECTION  

Every time a menu is prepared, qualified personnel give a final health and safety inspection before issuing the products into the kitchen for preparation. All food products released for consumption are under continued scrutiny for temperature control and contamination. 

SPECIAL EVENTS 

Tecma will cater your special events such as conferences, seminars, banquets among others. The service may be performed within or outside your premises. Pricing will be quoted on a per event basis.
