Tecma Group Rosarito human resources operations to be managed by Homero Martinez

Homero Martinez-Siraitare El Paso, Texas, June 24, 2014 –

The Tecma Group of Companies has named Mr. Homero Martinez-Siraitare to manage the human resources function for the company’s recently opened Rosarito, Baja California operations. Martinez will report directly to Tecma’s director of human resource services, Abraham Medina. Martinez-Siraitare is a graduate of the Industrial Relations program of the Nogales Institute of Technology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Quality and Productivity, as well as has professional experience in the areas of human resources, training, labor relations, production and industrial safety. Until this time, Martinez-Siraitare’s experience has been within Mexican national firms. Mr. Martinez-Siraitare’s duties with the Tecma Group of Companies’ in Rosarito, Baja California will include:

  • recruiting and hiring for professional and direct labor employees on behalf of Tecma clients
  • representing both the Tecma Group of companies in dealings with both federal and Baja California state officials
  • interfacing with Tecma Group of Company client firms to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of their Mexican production operations.
