Georgina Sanchez

Georgina is responsible for assuring Tecma’s mission and core values are preserved and advanced.

Georgina joined Tecma in March of 2001 as a US Accounts Payable assistant, moved to Accounting Assistant, and later to Treasury Manager and US HR Manager for eleven years.  Having received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas-El Paso and her MBA from the University of Phoenix, Georgina found her formal education set a path for success as she contributed to the accelerated growth of Tecma.

Georgina was there when Tecma’s Mission Statement, “To create an environment where our clients and employees never want to leave us.”, was created.   Her dedication in helping Tecma build a dedicated workforce contributed to Tecma receiving the ‘Great Place to Work For All Award’ multiple years in a row, honoring Tecma as one of the top 100 best places to work in all of Mexico.

Interests – Founder and President of binational Foundation Cambiando Destinos since 2010; Member of the El Paso Symphony Orchestra board since 2011 and the Executive Committee since 2016; Volunteer at FEMAP Foundation since 2006; Christian Hands in Action CHIA / 1990 – 1992, Providence Memorial Hospital 1990 – 1995.

Tecma’s services are flexible, in that they can be configured to meet individual client needs, as well as to accommodate manufacturers of all sizes.
