During each of these years, the company was ranked amongst the top 100 best employers in the Mexican Republic. Tecma is committed to educating its employees. Through a partnership with Mexico’s National Institute for Adult Education (INEA), the company conducts on-site initiatives to enable their employees to finish their primary and secondary education.

PROFEPA, Mexico’s Procuratorate of Environmental Protection, presented Tecma with its Clean Industry Certificate for its attention to environmental issues.

The Council of Water and Sanitation of Ciudad Juarez has recognized Tecma for efforts in promoting ecological equilibrium.
