Enrique is an integral member of Tecma Group of Companies in the East Division.
Enrique De Alba is an experienced professional with a background in managing operations and business development, particularly in the manufacturing industry. He has more than thirty years of experience and holds the position of Operations Director for Tecma’s East Division. With a passion for success and operational excellence, Enrique is skilled in navigating multicultural environments and has successfully dealt with individuals and entities in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Throughout his career, Enrique has been involved in various aspects of process execution, including obtaining utility contracts with Mexican agencies and designing, implementing, and maintaining programs across different industries. He also possesses expertise in managing and implementing Environmental and Industrial safety programs in compliance with Mexican laws.
As an industrial engineer, Enrique has extensive experience in running manufacturing facilities, overseeing operations, sales, quality, and P&L objectives. He understands the importance of improving manufacturing operations, increasing efficiency, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining quality, and exceeding customer expectations.
