Georgina Sanchez

Georgina serves as the Group’s Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the Culture Department, Talent Acquisition, Medical Services, Administrative Services, and Cafeteria Services. Each of these areas is thoughtfully structured to ensure that every individual who chooses to build their career within the Tecma Family enjoys a positive and successful experience from day one.

Georgina joined The Tecma Family in 2001 and has served in a variety of roles across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Culture, and Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA.

She played a key role in the development of Tecma’s Mission Statement: “To create an environment where our clients, employees, and vendors never want to leave us.” Her commitment to Tecma’s core values—particularly in building a strong, people-centered workforce through the AMC model (Attitude, Motivation and Commitment) has helped drive the company’s continued growth and recognition as a top employer. Thanks in part to her efforts, Tecma has received the “Great Place to Work for All” award multiple years in a row, placing it among the top 100 best places to work in Mexico.

Georgina’s personal passions closely reflect Tecma’s values, especially in the area of community engagement. She has been actively involved in a range of nonprofit and volunteer initiatives since her youth. She is the founder of Fundación Cambiando Destinos, which supports and uplifts small communities across the state of Chihuahua. Her ongoing community involvement also includes:

• El Paso Symphony Orchestra – Board Member since 2011, Executive Committee since 2016
• Friend of FEMAP Foundation – Supporter since 2006
• Christian Hands in Action – Volunteer (1990–1992)
• Amigo Airsho – Volunteer since 1994
• Providence Memorial Hospital – Volunteer (1990–1995)

Through these efforts, Georgina continues to embody Tecma’s spirit of service, both within the company and throughout the communities it touches.
