With a strong foundation in marketing, strategic planning, and business development, Ismael Lara brings over 15 years of diverse experience to his role at The Tecma Group of Companies. As Director of Business Development, he leads the company’s growth strategies—managing everything from lead generation and client onboarding to digital campaigns and internal communications. His marketing expertise plays a central role in understanding customer behavior, positioning the company effectively, and identifying new opportunities within a competitive marketplace.

Before joining Tecma, Ismael built a solid background in human resources and workforce management across various organizations. He gained valuable experience attracting and retaining top talent, overseeing payroll and employee training, and implementing HR policies to maximize employee performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Throughout his tenure at Tecma, Ismael has held key roles beyond business development, including administration and human resources, which have contributed to his holistic understanding of how to align marketing and business strategies with company-wide objectives. Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, he actively drives the company’s public presence through digital platforms and industry events, strengthening client relationships and enhancing brand visibility.

Ismael studied Graphic Design at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising. He is passionate about fostering sustainable growth and developing meaningful client relationships to elevate the company’s market influence. His focus on innovation, strategic communication, and growth initiatives is instrumental in strengthening the company’s position and expanding its influence in the industry.
