Ismael Lara is the Executive Manager of Business Development at the Tecma Group of Companies.
Ismael Lara is our Executive Manager of Business Development. Throughout his career in the company, he has been part of the Department of Human Resources, Administration and Digital Marketing.
Experienced graphic designer with a proven history of work in the outsourcing / offshoring industry. Responsible for planning budgetary control of all digital marketing, reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Ismael studied Graphic Design at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication with an specialization in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso.
