Juan Arvilla
Juan has worked in the maquiladora industry for more than twenty years. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, sourcing and materials planning.
Juan Arvilla has held the position of program manager with the Tecma Group of Companies since 2003. His primary responsibility is to ensure that Tecma’s Mexico Shelter Manufacturing Partnership services are delivered in a professional manner to company clients. Arvilla’s experience in the maquiladora is extensive.
He has been a production control and inventory manager, a master planner, a materials manager and a buyer with companies such as Elamex, Noma Appliances and Robert Bosch. Juan Arvilla holds an MBA from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez.
