Excellence in electronics manufacturing services is Firstronic’s calling card.

Grand Rapids, MI – Firstronic bested competitors in the Service Excellence Awards competition for 2016. The Service Excellence Awards (SEA) recognized the Grand Rapids firm for its best in class performance among Electronics Manufacturing Services, or EMS, companies. Firstronic topped the list of excellent EMS companies with revenues between US $100 million and $500 million.

Recognition of superior service and quality from its customers

The Service Excellence Awards is a program that has been put in place by Circuits Assembly Magazine, which is one of the leading trade magazines for the Electronics Manufacturing Services industry. Firstronic was a recipient of the top award as a result of ratings provided for the quality of its services by its own customer base. Recognition of the company was made on March 15, 2016 at the IPC APEX Expo. The event was held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Upon receiving the coveted award, Firstronic president, John Sammut, commented that “We are pleased to have won the highest reward in our class of electronics manufacturing services companies. We are competing against firms that offer the exact same services that we do. I’d like to thank our customers that gave us high ratings, as well as the performance of our team that drove those ratings.”
