Mark Earley, CFO of the Tecma Group of Companies has been promoted. As a result of the excellence of his performance over the last four and one-half years, he will assume the duties of Executive Vice President, as well Chief Financial Officer going forward.

As CFO, he is responsible for the Tecma Group of Companies finance and accounting functions in both the United States and Mexico. Mark Earley will occupy expanded role of EVP, will include formulating and managing Tecma’s real estate strategies, as well as managing existing client relationships. Additionally, he will assume the lead role in new client contract negotiation.

Prior to joining the Tecma Group of Companies, Mark Earley served as the chief financial officer of Latin American operations at Genpact, a global leader in business process and technology management. His 20-year career has put him in key roles with Lear, American Axle and Manufacturing, Collectron International Management, ITT/Valeo Automotive, Manville, Chamberlain Group, and Motorola. He is a CPA, and a graduate of the University of Arizona.

As a leading provider of what are known as “shelter” services in Mexico, the Tecma Group of Companies has enabled more than two hundred companies to reap the nearshore benefits of manufacturing in Mexico over its nearly three decades of existence.
